Experience leading LGBTQ+ consumer marketing campaigns and internal DEI programs with elements including merch & licensing partnerships, influencer programs, and event programming.
SHOWTIME // THE L WORD: GEN Q
Execution: Collaborated with six influential LGBTQ+ artists to design officially licensed merchandise in celebration of The L Word: Gen Q. The collection was sold on Society6 and released in two phases: Pride month and series premiere. Merchandise was featured at World Pride events and promoted through Society6 editorial placements, the artists’ social handles and press.

Showtime // hrc
Execution: Partnered with Human Rights Campaign to award financial support to ten small businesses impacted by COVID-19 that serve the LGBTQ+ community. Due to overwhelming need, a national business directory was published and the program received industry and local press.

Execution: Moderated a discussion with Simon & Schuster author and Showtime screenwriter, Thomas Page McBee, for a 2019 ViacomCBS employee GLAAD Spirit Day event. Event was attended by 100+ New York employees and livestreamed to other US offices.
